Nala Gifts reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your transaction. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically for any updates.
 

By purchasing from Nala Gifts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Nala Gifts, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase.

We understand that sometimes clients may change their minds. We accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in new, original condition. For example, fragrances and other products must be in original, unsealed packaging to qualify for a return. 

 

If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our refund policy below.


 

General Refund Guidelines
 

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
     

    • Cancellation

      • ​If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@nalagifts.com. You're welcome to email us anytime; however, please note that emails are reviewed only during our office hours.

      • Any emails received outside these hours will be reviewed the next business day.

      • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations. 

      • As our Return Policy outlines, you may initiate a return upon receiving the item.

      • Refunds are available within 21 days of purchase for unused and unopened items.

      • Items must be in their original condition, including packaging and tags [new condition]

         

  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Certain items are non-refundable, including:

      • Gift cards

      • Customized or personalized products

      • Perishable items

         

  3. Process for Returns:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nalagifts.com with your ORDER NUMBER and REASON FOR THE RETURN within 21 days of your purchase date. Our team will be happy to provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
       

    • You will receive instructions by email on how to return the item.

  4. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

      • Please allow up to 10 business days for the partial refund to reflect in your account. 

      • Please note that NalaGifts often subsidizes the original shipping cost, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

      • If the original shipping cost exceeds $6.95, we will provide you with a copy of the shipping invoice showing the total amount paid before processing the return.
         

  5. Refund on Physical Store:
    Starting in 2025, local customers can return items in-store following the same policy once our physical store opens. In-store returns will receive a full refund to the original form of payment. If you cannot provide the original payment card used for your purchase (for any reason), your refund will be issued as a NalaGifts e-gift card to your email on your purchase order.

    Please note that after three (3) refunds within a calendar year, any additional refunds will be issued as a gift card or e-gift from NalaGifts.  By completing a purchase with us, you accept and agree to abide by these policies.
